How do i remove driver side front quarter panel to expose windshied washer pump?

You're looking to remove the windshield washer pump? Or you require the fender to be removed? If it is the former, I would recommend simply removing the 3 bolts that hold the washer fluid reservoir/ pump in place.

removed innner fenders and pull the pump out of the bottom.

bolts.. also known as hardware.... remove them. then re-install

skife, do i have to reomve the fender flares to remove inner fender? annd how is the inner fender held on? just plastic screws?
