I just got the Heavy Duty front and rear shocks as a gift and also need to replace the rear leafs. I was considering this to keep the theme alive. Any feedback? Anyone use them? My leafs are shot so this with the new shocks should be great, I hope.

So your getting the new leafs and have the shocks now. I dont know anything about those leafs but I would say if your old ones are shot then they cant hurt anything. Maby a little stiffer.
After replacing my worn out stock leaves with Qtrac's replacement Heavy Duty's, they worked wonderfully. I always have a bunch of tools and stuff in the back of the rig, and they work well. I was even able to get rid of my extension shackles previously installed along with a 2" spacer in front. They've been on there over a year and a half, and I would definitely recommend them. Their customer service is great, also.
