Default Putting the Motor back in, some questions

I've been putting the motor back in my 88 xj and come across two holes in the bellhousing that i cant figure out what goes in them, theres no thread and they do not go all the way though. what are they? and more importantly should i worry about them.

the whole on the drivers side is for the air tube breather that goes from your transmission to the engine bay, it hooks right there with one of those lock washer tabs and a bolt. the drivers side is for the front axle breather tube, hooks on the same way. no big deal just make sure your breather tubes go back in the right position.
