There is no such valve to release air from the stock cooling system.

The '98 will will self-purge (burp) air from the system during a couple of heat/cool cycles after filling with coolant.

Just start it and let it come up to temp with the radiator cap off. Just keep an eye on the coolant level for the next 1 or 2 days.

For 91+ model years it is not necessary to jack up or park on an incline when filling.

Fill the rad all the way up, run it, fill as the coolant level falls at the rad cap.

Heater "on" for '96 down......not necessary for '97 up or earlier models where the heater control valve has been eliminated.
