I'd guess sticky caliper..Could be the first signs of a caliper ready to go bad and next step would be caliper freeze up.

Sounds like either your right front caliper is stuck/ needs bleeding, or your left front caliper is grabbing.

Could be a sticky caliper on the left or a weaker caliper on the right. Could also be a front wheel bearing issue. If your front left wheel bearing is bad and causing friction, it could give the appearance of more braking being applied on that side. The first thing I would do is another complete round of bleeding. I've found you really have to bleed Jeep XJs thoroughly to get all of the air out.

I bleed all around a few times. When I hit the brakes is the only time I feel the pull, and the pull is in the steering column as well, and it dips hard left, so ive been compensating by turning slight right when i brake. My feelin is caliper or hose.

yea I have the same thing, and I'm stuck... do I replace the left or right? is the left over reacting? or is the right just not working or frozen? I called one brake place and the guy on the phone said that the rear brakes can alo cause the same thing, by swinging the vehicle left or right, but I didn't think the rears can have that much determination on braking since they are only 30%.... I might just replace one(right one) then if that doesn't help I'll do the left one to....

Well if you have 1 caliper going bad and they are original then chances are the second will go not long after. When I bought my XJ the owner replaced the left caliper because it was freezing up, within 1 month of owning it the right caliper went out and had to be replaced. So my suggestion is this they are what about $20 each so replace em both and you know they are both working and you are out around $40 plus tax.

if you've checked out your brakes and they're ok, check to see if your swaybar endlinks are even, sometimes an uneven swaybar will cause your jeep to pull, just a thought.
