pulley rattle

Default pulley rattle
so i've started to notice a little bit of a rattle.
i peeked under the hood and i think its the pulley thats above the adjustor pulley. any thoughts?
thanks a ton for all you guys, this site has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion.

Power steering pump? Not unheard of. Verify first, though: Take off the serpentine belt and turn everything by hand
