Ok fallowed instructions. Tranny feels as if it's going threw the gears, but won't engage. It's like it's stuck in neutral --- now what?

Ok somehow got it cycling threw the gears again. Yet still no engagement. Could have screwed up me cluch some how? Cause I don't even need the cluch pressed to get the shifter moving between gears

Ok tid bit more. At the beging I had no idea as to how far down to place the screwdriver. I went deep like the shifter, well got me screwdriver stuck in there 3 different times. Could that have messed up synchro's or cluch?
