With the engine at idle, remove the brake booster vacuum hose and slowly "sip" a little bit of seafoam at a time, too much may make the engine stall.

Alternatively, and much less expensively, you can simply spray water into your intake from a spray bottle into your warmed up engine and the steam produced in combustion will steam clean the entirety of the combustion chamber.

Just about all of these chemicals that make promises of curing your engine are merely snake oil.

$14 a can for that stuff? jeepus chrysler!

Pretty easy.

Get a cup of water, preferably something like a 24 to 32 oz. cup.
With the air cleaner off, hold the engine RPM at 2000 RPM or higher and dribble the water from the cup, which you've pinched to look like a spout on top, into the carb or throttle body. Go slowly and the engine will bog a bit. Stop and let it recover. Repeat until the cup is empty.

I would say that your H2O applicator is too redneck for me...but I am drinking Mtn Dew as I type this.

I opted for the more elitist spray bottle technique and sprayed the whole bottle into the throttle body. It does run more smoothly than before and it was exercise for my hand too!

Is that cheaper than Seafoam? Do you spray it or dribble it in?

What viscosity do you use? Is it synthetic?

Using the water is doing it right..... what do you think they used to do at the dealerships/ mechanic shops years ago... of course that's back when they fixed things vs. Change parts....

Yep. Nobody made money on snake oil when all you needed was water.

Been doing the water thing for over 40 years.

That $8 would buy me a six-pack of a micro-brew............
