Problem removing window regulator

Problem removing window regulator
i bought a replacement door off eBay because mine was damaged. It's the passenger rear door. I'm trying to remove the regulator and I can't get the torx bolt off of the window, it just spins and spins. Any tips? I did this once before on a Cherokee and the torx bolt came right out. This one just spins the piece on the back of the window and won't come out.
