check/clean all of your terminals and grounds. I had this problem and it ended up being a poor terminal. They looked clean, just worn out....

yea they look clean. wat would be the best way to clean the terminals? like grease remover possible fine grit sandpaper?
check the battery cables them selfs. my dads 1990 did the same thing, i checked and the ground wire on the battery had rubbed against the exhaust and melted the rubber coating and over time the wires wore out and broke the battery cable in half. as long as your battery is good then its going to be a simple connection.

to check the battery cables if the cable about 2-5 inches from the terminals is stiff, then they are bad, they need to be flexible. You will not see the corrosion IN the cable but if they are stiff, then there is corrosion making them bad.
mine went bad and i went to the local air and gas welding shop and i got "scrap" 2/0 welding cable for free with crimp ends. Serious improvement! and it was free=] Since welding shops have to cut cables to size and all of that jazz they always have a bit of extra laying around, just tell them your length and have them put crimp on ends it =]
