Problem with getting power to the front axle

Default Problem with getting power to the front axle

Hello, has any of you had this problem? When the 4x4 lever is engaged the light comes on in the dash the t-case makes its engaging sound, but nothing happens to ether of the front wheels.

Check your vacuum lines on the passenger side of the axle

Year and transfer case? They're not all the same.................

Ok my jeep is a 1990 but not sure as to the transfer case I haven't been able to get under there, the last two days I've been out of it after oral surgery. I will try to get under there tomorrow to look.

What positions are denoted on the indicator? No reason to go underneath.

You have a 231 tc. And cruiser since its 1990 it would be a 231 AMC?

Not that I know of, I'm sorry I count help you, nor do I want to give you bad advice. Cruiser will be back to help.

Yes. With a front axle disconnect.

So will that mod be solid enuf to cary me till I can replace the axel with a solid one?

Good now just take the front sway bar off and remove the plumbing from the side..
