well i went to start up my jeep today we just got some rain yesturday and its a little to clean for my taste but it wont start... it tries to turn over but just keeps cranking and nothing. i know i need a new fuel filter but im not sure if that could be the cause of my problem any ideas? and this has to happen right after i spend 400 dollars on my mustang

 

I would check for fuel pressure and spark first,and go from there. There is so many things it can be need to narrow it down a bit.
