Default Power steering not smooth
When I turn , especially when parking , the steering wheel returns choppy in stages. It has a 2" lift but did the same thing stock. Is that a track bar that needs replacing ?

What's the condition of the fluid? Does it stink? Is it brown?

I guess fluid was pretty brown. I would change it.
