powersteering question

Ok so I changed my powersteering pump out and have the system bleed my problem is I have no powersteering at idle u give it some gas and u have powersteering. So I figured the belt was loose the belt tensioner on the powersteering bracket is tight as it will go and it still does this any ideas guys need some help my brain is smoking lol.

I just changed my power steering pump 2 months ago and never had that problem how did you bleed the system? When i bled mine i topped it off with the cap off and start the truck and turn the wheel to full lock left and right a couple of times and have someone watch the level

The belt is loose or stretched cause at the longest span I can twist it all the way around I bled the system loc to loc and added fluid as needed system is good there is no bubbles when jeep is off turning wheel from loc to loc
