Question Power Steering Pump?

lately when I start my jeep it has been taking long and longer for the power steering to kick in, I have checked th fluid and it is fine. Is there something else that I chould check or does this mean it is going out?

Is there a relay or a switch I should check first?

It's probably goin out, all it does is push fluid. It's only ran by the belt it should start and stop when the motor does.

no but I can tell when it clicks on or something after I start the jeep if there is no pressure, it builds up all of a sudden.
