Power steering pump.
So, I am going to replace my power steering pump, I already know its shot. And I know That I which of these following two listed I need. Im just wondering what cherokee uses this other strange looking option and why it is so much cheaper. Thanks for any info, links for the autozone listings for the two parts,

Its a pretty simple job once you start. Remove airbox, remove belt, remove pwr steer bolts and move to the side. This would be prime time to work of t-stat and water pump if you need it. I have seen and repaired a couple cherokee water pumps lately...

I have had it out before when I replaced my water pump and t stat, just didnt replace because of funds.. Still wondering about just rebuilding it tho.

Replaced my steering pump today everything went smooth, but you will need to pull the pulley off your old pump and put it on your new pump which can be a little bit PITA. Overall pretty easy job. Now i have power steering again but now the damn idler pulley squeels O well thats a simple fix to
