Well guys I went and bought a junkyard pump, put it in and it worked perfect.
It still amazes me that I went through 4 rebuilt pumps in 4 months. I am lucky the pump is in a spot that is easy to get to.

Thanks to everyone that has helped me.

Steve

Did you ever put any stop leak in the system?
Did you use the hoses that were on the used pump?
Just wondering

Didn't use stop leak. I used Lucas and I used the hoses that were on the jeep. I took them off and blew them out.

Doesn't say much for the quality of are rebuilt/remanufactured parts suppliers does it.I don't think it matters where you get your parts from napa advance pep boys etc they pretty much all get their parts from the same handfull of suppliers they just put them in a different box.
