Default Power loss, Hard Starts

Alright, I am totally stumped right now... Let's start with the back story. I have a 98 Jeep Cherokee, AW4, 4.0 with 168000 miles on it. About 5 or 6 months ago I started to notice my jeep was losing power. I have had a cylinder 3&4 misfire for a few months now. I replaced injectors because I thought it was that. Also My exhaust manifold was cracked so it was replaced with a Banks revolver header. Still has a loss of power. I used to be able to cruise 70mph down the highway in 4th gear (overdrive) with no problem. Now my average cruising gear is 2nd or 3rd if I'm lucky. I cant get my spedometer over 55. My jeep won't start on the first try unless It would crank over, I would let off, try again and fire right up. So I started to think its a fuel pressure issue. The other day I went to start my jeep and it just cranked over. never started. I didnt think I heard the fuel pump kick on so I thought it went out. Yesterday I went out to try and start it again and I heard the fuel pump kick on and it started. So I am totally stumped. Any Ideas at all? Is It my fuel pump?

Possibly a fuel pump, could your cat be clogged?

You can start by having it checked for any codes. Also have the fuel pressure checked. Your 98 should have 49psi + or - 5psi. Have those things checked out and let use know what you find out and we can go from there.

I thought that before and replaced it. still had the power loss issue. Leaning towards fuel pump. Should be here in a couple of days
