Question Power locks?

I got a 1991 Cherokee Laredo not to long ago. when i got it the previous owner had a CB radio hooked up in it. he took it out upon selling to me he said the doors power locks had worked after removing it now they do not. the power locks make a clicking noise under the passenger side dash so i assume the fuse is not blown. the windows and the window locks work so i don't know where to start. please help.

its the fuse. Mine just blew 2 days ago and did the same thing with the click under the dash. On my 96 XJ it is the number 13 fuse. A 20 amp, replaced and all is well.

Try to operate the power locks while touching the manual rocker. If it tries to move but doesn't, then it is a lubrication issue. Take the door panel off and use white lithium grease on all the stuff and free it up.
