Check fuse #15 and breaker #28 if all good check connections with a volt meter in the doors and clean them.

Ok. So like it was stated earlier check the fuse and volts at the plugs clean them while your at it. Any electrical cleaner will be fine if you have di-electric grease you should put it around the contacts to keep them from getting dirty again. If volts check out ( I want to say 10v minimum) then I don't know what else to suggest some one else will though I'm sure. If volts don't check out there is a write up by some one named Greg smith floating around the web on adding relays to get the power flowing.

Default wires

Heres a known problem broken wires in the wire harness from the door to the body on the driver door give that a check.

Very True!
I am surprised no one else has suggested to check the wiring.

The main control is in the passenger side switch. The relays in there are probably bad. Mine were. Just replace it.
