Powdercoating, How much gloss?

Powdercoating, How much gloss?
I got my jcr bumper spray-can primered and installed for the time being. I got the tie-in brackets powdercoated whatever gloss was being done next to get them done as fast as possible.
The gloss on the tie-ins is 80% and I know that's too much for my old 91 paint job to look good. How much did you guys run when you did yours? I'm guessing I'm looking for either 20% or 40% but not really sure.
This is the best picture I've got right now. Sure it's dirty but it doesn't really get much shinyer once it's washed. Pics will be appreciated to see the differences in gloss.
BTW I'm powdercoating black. Red would just be too much. lol
