Possible head gasket issue?
My engine hasn't been this clean in decades. I noticed this oiliness yesterday, cleaned it of with brake cleaner. Made a short trip today and got water up to operating temperature.
Looks like oil seepage between head and block.
Anything to be concerned about yet?

Not uncommon, and nothing to worry about. Under that side is the galleys for the rods, so a slow weep there is just cosmetic and not an indication of a major problem. Mine was much worse, before I swapped in a low mileage engine (I scored one that had been rebuilt 7k miles earlier for by a pro shop for $300)
