Default Possible exhaust manifold crack or

Been having a clicking sound that started off as only under load at lower speeds accelerating
then proceeded to get worse and now today the worse it’s ever been I use a scope and listened everywhere and it sounds more toward the firewall side of the manifold and when I put the scope on the down pipes with the cats it’s more pronounced

I have checked a couple times over the year they looked fine but maybe it’s worth another check now that it’s super loud
