Default Popping in front end?

Whenever I'm in reverse and I hit the brakes it makes a pop in the front end drivers side. It also sometimes does this when I'm stopping at a stop sign or when I'm turning but mostly in reverse. I went under it and tried to move around my front end and everything seemed solid. So my question is what do you think it is and yes I have searched.

My guess would be on the lower control arm bushings. Also check the track bar.

Have some move the jeep back and forth and watch the front end to see what is moving. Don't get run over.
