Default Poppin Jerkin Sound in front end

My jeep just started doin this poppin noice like something is loose in the front sounds kinda like its comin from the Steering Box.Its a 93 with 4.5 rough country lift with no drop pitman arm.It only does it when in four wheel drive like if I gas on it you can feel it jerk/Pop.

With it doing it in 4x4 my first guess would be ujoints, either on the front ds, or the axle shafts.

Do you hear any of that in 2wd on tight turns?

Ive read stuff saying it could be a bushing thats messed up and metal is just hitting metal when under pressure.

Alright I think not having a drop pitman arm is putting stress on it.

If you don't have a P A how do you steer? Do you run full hydro? Just wondering sounded odd.

lol that costs too much I'll just tighten everything. I have the stock pitman arm it justs puts the steering at a goofy angle and my steering wheel is turned at 3 o clock, instead of 12 when the tires are straight .
