yes but its just a three inch i shouldnt have to drop it with a three should i???

 

do you have quick disconnects for the sway bar if so it could be them but check the bushing for the sway bar if its cracked than it needs to be replaced if you have quick disco's unhook the sway and see if it still makes the same noise you shouldnt have had to drop it with a three inch i have 6.5 with stock pitman arm

 

I've the same problem, only pops when turning left. I'll post my findings when I fix it, maybe yours will be the same thing.

 

x3 on the trackbar. Check and make sure that the bolt on the axle sid mount is torqued.

x3 on the drag link and the tie rod. Make sure all of your TRE's are torqued correctlly

i got a R.E adjustable trac bar and bracket , also a 2 inch drop pitman hasnt made a clunk ,clik,squeak nothing !!!! also plated the steering box mounting area , look into it its worth it

 

i dont have any sway bars. and ive not really noticed it a hole lot now but i forgot to mention that its really hard to turn sometimes. ill turn it one way fine it mite b easy or hard these no pattern. power steering full with fluid

 

the hard turning is the ps pump going bad mine dd the same thing i replaced the pump and it fixed that issue

no prob i know with mine it was getting air in the pump and causing it to air lock at times when trying to turn

 

Definitely need to check that your lower and upper track bar bolts are TIGHT. I had the same issue and came to find out, my lower bolt loosened up somehow.
