Default pop in brakes/when turning left?

I hear a pop every now and then when i brake and turn left or just brake hard and then let off it.

Its not the track bar, just replaced that today with a new mount from my JY, Drilled properly, and it has a washer b/w the mount and the nut on top so that it can be torqued down all the way.

The track bar has no damage and doesn't pop when its sitting in the driveway and i turn it full tilt left or right.

The rear drums are shot, They're locked up. The thing is i feel the pop in the floor and the pedals so IDK where it is coming from.

The E-brake also does not work now. This must of happened recently but I just noticed.
