Please HELP!! engine noise sounds bad

hey thanks for all the suggestions...Ill check it out more when i get a chance..
I would have done some investigating with my "big manly calloused hands"...but it happened when I was home for the thanksgiving holiday and i didnt have time to deal with it.
I did check the plugs and they looked fine and I just changed them about 2 months ago so.
Ill let you know what I turn up.
