Hey guys, i could really use some help here and am wondering if any of you have experienced this.

I have a 93 4.0ho 5 speed, and lately in the last few days whenever i turn it off a sound comes from what seems to me to be down low in the passenger side dash. And it'll drip for a minute or two, then stop.

Recently my heater stopped working. The low high fan switch doesn't work, it is just dead all the time. Im not sure if these two things are related or not, but i would greatly appreciate any help here!!
thanks in advance

Bottle of Corona in the glovebox you forgot about?

Are you running the A/C? Losing any coolant?

Your heater core probably has a leak in it

Are you sure it's not the oil dripping back into the oil pan...?

Is there fluid puddling anywhere.....?

Feel under the carpet below the dash and see if its damp. If it is its probably your heater core. I had to replace my heater core last year because my heater stopped working and it was staining my carpet.

I haven't seen fluid puddling anywhere that is visible inside. And it doesn't sound like oil into the pan, it sounds like right from under the glove box area. Ill pull the carpet back in the mornin and look. Thanks guys

By pass the heater core and the sound will stop. Telling you it is blockage or leaking in the core it self.
