Pin fell out of motor.

Pin fell out of motor.
When i took off my oil filter to change the filter housing o-ring a pin feel out of the motor. Here is a pic of it i have no idea what it is or how to fix it.

Caracticus Potts The Mod
It is the locator pin for the oil filter adaptor, if you can not see where it goes get a small mirror and a flash light and angle it around the filter housing and you will see a 1/8 hole in the flange surface for the adaptor to lock into

I got the filter housing off and found where the other half the pin is in the block and i cant get it out of the block. Any suggestions on how to get it out?
