If that drip above the fusebox is oily, make sure it's not the clutch leaking fluid. The hydraulic fluid will eat up the fusebox terminals.

been driving me nuts how the driver side is getting soaked yet the passenger side with a window that don't roll up with loosely done tarp is always bone dry.

Open your passenger's side door inside panel. Remove the center fastener attaching the window to the regulator to free it from the regulator. Slide the window up until closed. Adjust the window rear channel to put a pinch on the edge of the window to hold it up, or just cut a length of 1X2 and prop it in the closed position until you get the opportunity to replace the regulator. Don't forget to loosen the rear channel when the regulator is replaced.

hello, i'll look into that at least for a temp fix but its not the regulator thats bad. I've got the dreaded wire issue somewhere I just can't find it. have a few places to look for broken wires, but its been too hot outside for me to do much of anything however it looks to be starting to cool down might be able to get to it soon.

i love my jeep i really do, if not for some issues it would be my daily driver.

I hope to start getting around to the issues, but none of the issues really would stop me from driving the jeep cross country if i wanted too. well maybe the non working ac.

but one thing thats always bothered me since i bought it was how the hood was not level and I am not sure how to make adjustments to it as i know the one side should not be higher than the other.

but i have a whole list of things to fix or get checked but nothing super major.

my new neighbor even mentioned that the jeep seem to run real smooth, smoother than most he's hear. I have no idea of the maintenance history of it other than they said it was well maintained before i got it, other than that the oil has been changed regularly when i first got it i did a bunch of work, shocks, rotors, pads, etc even a transmission filter replacement. had the dreaded will not start issue for months before fixing it, every time i changed something it ran great for a day then back to not starting but thats been fixed and no issues for over a year (replaced the crankshaft position sensor, ignition coil, spart plug wires, distribution cap, rotor, cam sensor (not sure what they called it something like ignition pickup sensor)), when i replaced the last 3 things at the same time the issue because fixed i suspect it was the replacing of the cam sensor that finally fixed it.

Thanks, yes, it is definitely water, not DOT 3. I ended up putting some RTV on the connector seams and putting another bead of RTV to divert the drips to fall somewhere else.
