Hey everyone, I've done some searching around and haven't really had my question answered. I'm planning on putting bed liner on my roof. The paint is already stripped, and there was some surface rust underneath it, so i sanded it smooth and sealed it with penetrol. My question is this: can I apply the Herculiner over the dried penetrol? All the directions say is to scuff up any glossy surface, though I'm also a little afraid of peeling up the penetrol if I scuff it up too hard. Has anybody done this??

Just contact Herculiner, really. I wouldn't chance it on someones guess or luck.
