The Jeep 4.0 does not have a PCV system. It has a CCV system.

PCV = Positive Crankcase Ventilation (basically meaning the valve doesn't open until there is a positive amount of pressure in the system)

CCV = Constant Crankcase Ventilation (a constant stream of fresh air flows through the system)

The 2 grommets on the top of the valve cover just twist off. However, if you have the common "Oil in the air filter" problem, then take the valve cover off and unbolt the 2 vents (or whatever they are) that mount to the top of the valve cover. Clean these out well, then put the VC back on. Replace the grommets. I could only find these at the dealer. Hope this helps! Also, replace the hoses. The smaller hose from the rear grommet clogs often, causing the front grommet to spit oil into the air box.

No problem! Also, as a side note, some people have still had oil-air filter issues even after replacing/ cleaning these components. If so, Plan B is to install an inline "bottle catcher", basically a little bottle that has a vacuum hose from the front grommet to the bottle, then the second from the bottle to the air box. The oil gets caught in the bottle. Hope everything works out for ya!
