Part Solution for HVAC Check Valve and Rubber Elbow Vacuum fitting
Here is a really good thread about the vacuum leak I was experiencing:

Fortunately, my A/C was still blowing through the proper vents, but my fuel trims suggested a leak as my LTFT would change quite a bit and jump around.
Turns out, not only was my HVAC check valve broken, but the elbow at the intake manifold was loose and roached.
I took a chance and ordered MOPAR 55037567AC (RockAuto), used the elbow and check valve off the end and it's a perfect fit. FT's are now solid and aren't going lean when braking and going rich when driving.
