Lets see some ideas to fix this up... Maybe other car parts used or something... Mines busted... They all bust... Junkyards are all no good and i cant find a new oem one... Mines the renix version which is the worst at breaking...
Oh and id like to see them done right... Not just rtv Squirted all over the cover...

The front one is just an elbow.
But the rear one has a small orifice - it has to be there to limit the amount of air sucked from the crankcase to the manifold. Without the small hole, you'll get a rough idle. The hole is calibrated.
Dealer's have both of them for cheap.

wish mine was as easy as this... renix ones are harder... pain to even get the old one out..
I put a new front one on mine.
I got it at Autozone, in the Help section. Its a GM "PCV elbow".
Should be this:
Make : GM 1995-85 OE # : 14078872 Brand : Dorman - HELP! - Carded

Renix, TJ or otherwise. They are all the same.
When you try to take them out you break them.
Replace the grommet too while you are at it.
Pry it out - when it breaks off, run a big screw in the hole, then pry it out with a crowbar.
The rear one has the small orifice - it's not a generic elbow. It is critical.
You won't need the entire vacuum assembly - if a hose is broken they are easy to fix.
The small hard plastic lines - simply slip a small rubber vacuum hose over the break.
Parts houses have the plastic lines and the rubber ends too. For cheap.

The forward holes may all be the same and this elbow above may can be made to work with all of the valve covers but the elbow is far from the same on all the models... When i was at the jyvlast buyong a door latch i looked to see if i coyld easily get one... They all were broke or renix models which are harder material and designed differently... Got around 30 jeeps total in the yard... Still came home empty handed for these... Ill try the AZ stuff said above...
