Part numbers
I am getting an o2 sensor for my cherokee. It is the NGK sensor and it is at napa for 52 bucks. I found the 02 sensor with the same part number online for 35 bucks with free shipping. My question is can an item have the same part number but different quality? or is the part number in correlation to the specs and quality of the product?

That NGK/NTK O2 sensor is exactly the same part.. I just happened to order one myself.. 1 Oxygen Sensor pre-catalyst ; 1 Per Veh; O2 Sensor; Years:1993-1994 NGK STOCK NUMBER 23119 $39.71 This one was at autoparts123.com but free shipping was only for 50+ dollars, so I bought one for my Hyundai too. I found lots of other sites with the same part for anywhere from $28 to $80. Jeeps originally came with NGK/NTK O2 sensors.. Go for it!
