Default Parking light socket question

So I have a renix Jeep and I really don't care for the socket style, they never seem to get a good contact. I have replaced them with new ones but they are still terrible.

Is there any "new" socket styles that will still mount in the OEM housings? New as in bulb type, not the 1157 but the plastic 3057 bulb type?

I would love to replace all the sockets with a newer style.

The old style has worker since the 50's for the cars I've owned, you just have to take care of them. All they need are a good contact + and a ground. The original's on my 99 are still in great shape as are the ones on my 78 Malibu Wagon.

Ok, i bought what Advance Auto sells, I don't buy cheap parts. I just feel that the newer design is superior to the old one. That's probably why they don't use the old socket type anymore in the first place. I am also asking this question for my good friend that has an '81 Cutlass who wants the same thing, to use newer style bulbs.

I looked at that online, I might try to see if that one works. Thanks! I will post the results here if it's a match.
