painting rear brake drums?

Im doing the drum brakes on the back of my 99 xj im gonna get new drums so i was wondering if Its ok to paint them with caliper paint i was thinking yellow would look nice. thanks

Back in the day when I did stuff like that I just used Hi-Temp eng paint.

Caliper paint should work fine .. I have gone as cheap as using regular Krylon paint and stayed on fine for years lol.
