But if I wanted to paint iit with olive drab bed liner would I have to sand? And should I spray it or roll it on there and more then one coat? Please help thank you

Came across that plasti dip stuff the other day. Since it's not permanent and you can choose from several coatings, it might be an idea to look into that. Can always take it off by the looks of it.

How do I apply the plasti dip? And will it come off by itself Cus my jeep will be in the elements don't want the dip coming off and is it cheap
You can get it in spray cans or you can get it by the gallon and use a normal house paint sprayer to spray it.dipyourcar.com sells it by the gallon in any color. When you spray it the more coats the better most do 4 to 6 coats if you do less its harder to remove later on and will not look as even.As far as it coming off its like a vinyl sticker it won't come off tell you want it to.Youtube has videos of people washing their cars plastidiped with a pressure washer and normal car washes and the plastidip stayed on no problem.

I bought a gallon of OD green smooth from Durabak. So far I have only done the top of the XJ but, it has held up good and is easy to roll on or brush. I hope to get the rest of the rig done here soon before the cold months roll in! They told me to use a mohair roller to get the best smooth finish and then brush the hard to roll areas. I just brushed it on the top and plan to brush the rest.
