Radiator plugged up? How do you know the water pump is working? Sometimes the impeller is worn down and not pumping very well.

removed water pump and confirmed impeller is in tact. Have flushed system multiple times, plus boroscoped it and saw good flow.

cap looks good but to be fair I have not tested it. As cheap as they are I’ll like replace it to be on the safe side

A boroscope isn't gonna tell you if the radiator is crudded up. Do a decent flush and see what happens. You didn't say what year, but a 20+ year old radiator is likely got some deposits by now.

This^^. Very common with crossflow radiators.

Lol guys look a couple comments up I told the other guy I’ve flushed the system three times and vacuum filled the system. And yes it was nasty as hell and there was a lot of crud I have no doubts there was crap in there but the water is clean now and the last thing I’m really waiting on doing is a block test
