Overheating but no heat via heater
Weird thing this morning driving to work, the gauge on my 96 Cherokee shows 260 degrees, but no heat was coming from the heater with blower on full. Both fans go on and the hoses are really hot but the radiator didn't feel warm at all. Let it cool and checked the radiator and fluid is full????

Cannot figure where the fluid went, how would the thrstat affect this? Briefly looked at it at the shop tonight when I left it and the thrstat was HOT.
