Default Overheating

I have a 1987 Cherokee 4.0

She's not blowing much heat/ takes a while to blow heat.
And she's overheating if I idle for 10 minutes, if I'm moving it cools down
Idiot light. No temp gauge

Here's what I've done

Replaced the thermostat, about 2 years ago
Replaced the clutch fan a couple months ago
Back flushed the heater core with water and air
Burped all air out with an air lift system

I noticed though that only half the radiator is feeling hot,
I'm wondering if I have a plugged radiator

Any other advice is appreciated.

When it's warmed up, turn it off and see if top and lower radiator hose are just about the same temp. you also have a transmission fluid running threw it too

How the pump exterior looks tells u virtually nothing. The business end of the pump is internal, out of sight.

The pump in the pic was presumed good when looking at it's exterior.
