over heating question
So here's the question and yes I have a searched to forum I haven't found any straight answers just curious if anyone has encountered this problem before.....so about a month back I replaced my thermostat, thermostat housing, water pump, flushed the radiator and the heater core, and replaced the radiator cap....with that being said I went for a little light off-roading last weekend and it over heated! But when I drive it back and forth to work it never gets over 180° the radiator is the last thing to.be replaced I'm not sure if its the original or if its been replaced any help will be much appreciated thanx in advanced!

I was also think that the fan clutch seems to work and the electric fan come to think of I've never heard it come on? Which would make sense...does the electric fan have anything to do with the a/c or just the radiator?

Check your fan(s) at low speeds I.E. offroading not enough air gets pulled trhough the radiator I have an aux elec fan that rarely gets turned (Via switch) on except extreme heat and or low speed.

The first picture is of a 4 pin fuse what you would want to use in this situation.
The second is how you would wire it up.

Yes you should definately check the fan first run power to it then run a ground real quick to check functionality. And any autoparts store "should" carry the relay and A switch.

So I just took a test light to where the relay is for the fan under the hood in the fuse box I hooked up my test.light to the battery ground and stuck the test light in the 87 spot of the diagram you sent me and the test light lit up....also I supplied power to fan to make sure the.motor worked and it did so could the rrelay in the fuse box just very bad?
