In this case backtrack where 86 was plugged in. This should go to your temp sensor check that out.

I replaced my clutch fan with a 12 electric fan. Its been reported to increase hp. Just a thought. Autozone has a variety of fans for a descent price.

I would put an original style clutch fan back on it.

It freewheels when not needed, thereby increasing gas mileage and reducing noise.

Up to the year 99 electric fan's will come on with the a/c or a rough temp of 215-218,On the years 2000- up the electric fan will only come on with the temp of roughly 215-218, unless you have it flashed at dealer to engage with the a/c.

Yup you will get a whole 1 to 2 hp with this swap. Not really worth the security of a mechanical fan if your out in the woods and the electric motor's fry.
