So tok a quick drive to pick up some nuts and washers. When I parked all kinds of white smoke was coming from underneath my jeep. It was pukeing tranny fluid ( out passengers side, second tube back AW4( at least i think it says 30-43le auto ) as the tube had become disconnected for Gawd only knows reason.
Now I'm trying to figure out how to put fluid in and if this is a problem someone else has dealt with. The quick release seems to be working? Why would it pop off. What's the fix?
Please help

You mean the tranny line poped out of fitting sounds like plastic broke .If so just replace the clip. For insurance do the other one its just as old .

I agree with the guy above... Replace both connections, and refill with dex/mer III fluid only. Don't use any of those ATF 4 crap

First of thanks again
So I found this thread from naxja
http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=961246
Thought to myself, umm I'll have to go look and see if my return line seemed short. And it was, I had to pull it over about a inch to get it to plug in. So I picked up some of the cooling hose and and 4 hose claps, what 4 you only need 2 ( you might say? ) well as much as I like the idea of taping into the tranny I thought why not just cut hard line ( with the dremmel )and add the hose between the two pieces, so two hose claps on each side RTV red, and it's like a little shock absorber/extension. Either wayit works for now

With that title I thought for sure this would be some bizzare coming out / 3-way / alternative lifestyle / Jerry Springer worthy thread.

I feel let down.
