how often did they do it and did they re-balance them and how often? did they do weights all in one spots or also in seperate spots on the wheel?

huntingman2706217 - thats not the tires fault unless it had tread seperation and i doubt it would do that. he should have just had them re-balanced. mine shook after about 6,000 miles, i re-balanced them and each one was atleast an ounce off. ofcourse tires need to be re-balanced over time and i dont know how the truck was setup but my m/ts had no problem what so ever.
please read last two post and we will go from there... lol... everyones saying the same thing but i know for a fact its been kept right cause im the one who always is picking him up when he drops it off... go eat lunch and come back... lol... Hes even had the shop go through it and make sure everything under it was tight acouple different times... it doesnt dog walk any or anything... rides fine other then them dang tires... his BFG AT's are riding fine now and he had i think they were trxxus MT's or something like that and they ran fine too... only the BFG MT's... i dont like them and wont waste my moneys on them...

im thinking he has them do it every other oil change... vehicles aint his thing so he doesnt even do his own oil changes... i forget how often your suppose to rotate them... i just swap mine around whenever i pull them off for brakes... bearing... or whatever else... but im always doing something to mine so it works out... i dont know about all in one spot but i know they stick weights inside and out and wherever the machine tells them to stick them...

well muds should be rotated and re-balanced every 4,000 or 3,000...and if they are putting the weights on different sides of the wheel (not all next to eachother), they could be moving if the shop doesnt do it right. and if the tire shop has looked them over and cant find a reason they make the truck wobble, then i blame the shop. i work at discount tire and its almost impossible to not be able to see if there is tread seperation, bent rim, bead didnt seat, etc. i cant understand how the shop couldnt tell what the problem is if they made the truck shake that bad. if we ever get a complaint that the tires didnt balance where i work, we can pin-point the problem immediatly if it is the tires fault. my 2 cents.

guy with friend with bad experience with bfg m/t.

flat out BFG M/T's last longer than that, and do not get choppy, if everything with the vehicle is proper.

so, something is wrong with his vehicle, or he got one in a million chance at having crappy tires.

when they were brand spankin new they the truck didnt jump... only after they started hopping treads... the tires would balance but it didnt matter... after they started doing that... ive read that tires with over an inch in between treads will start to do that but these REALLY did it... plus doesnt make sence as to why all the other tires have ran fine except for these... i still blame the tires being made poorly...
