Default cherokee problems...

ohhh where do i start besides the AWFUL gas mileage, brakes making noise in the rear my rear driveshaft keeps poping out i had to get towed home last week because it poped out and i didnt have my tools. can someone tell me how to fix this before i just opt to sell it.

Hi, we need some more info on the problem like do you have a lift kit, where is the DS popping out from? which end ETC...Tj

Awful gas mileage - Tune up, make sure its running right. Do you run tires that are larger than stock with the stock gearing? That can be a large factor. Other than that, XJ's are basically bricks so gas mileage is never really good.

Brakes - Fix em. Its part of regular maintenance.

DS popping out - If you only have a 3" lift this shouldn't be a problem but if its falling out of the transfercase, you need a longer shaft. If you're not having vibration problems when its in, you can get a longer yoke for it.

well the end of the line came for it today, i got it stuck so i got my old 4x4 bronco to give it a pull and back the bumper bent up and cracked the back of the frame like an egg. got to love living in the salt belt
