Only Locks With Door Shut and Ignition On?

Only Locks With Door Shut and Ignition On?
Anyone have any idea what could cause this? I thought that it might be a bad switch, but the passenger switch does the same thing. What gives?

You might have better luck if you post what it is.....Did it use to lock with the door open? If NOT then you would just be looking at where it gets power with the ign. off. Dome light works OK?
