Where did you get the CPS? Dealer or regular parts store?

sorry just read part about won't run for 3 seconds

Can you test closer to the PCM to see if it's sending signal to the pump?

 

I know it's a long shot, but how about re-doing some main grounds? Back of motor to firewall. Negative battery to engine. etc

 

I want to thank everyone for their help and moral support through this ordeal. I troubleshot it down to thinking it was the PCM yesterday. I called the local salvage yard they had one for a federal emissions jeep but not a CA emissions jeep. I got home from work and much to my luck my jeep is a fed emissions. Took the wifes minivan to the yard and 50 bucks later I will be driving my jeep to work again.

Glad I found you guys on here and I look forward to reading many posts in the future and lending my (somewhat limited) knowledge when I can.
