Default Is it OK?

Is it OK if I add more things to my car which did not come from the factory (such as gas lights, bigger tyres, bigger rims )

By gas lights he is refering to Halogen lights which is a captured gas.

Battery should be fine. If you add a LOT of electrical parts and start noticing the voltmeter is running a tad low, you might need to upgrade to a higher amperage alternator.
